MARKETING MANAGER – COMMODITIES (NATURAL RUBBER/POLYMER/CHEMICAL/NEW ENERGY) X 3

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand Trend at Local/Regional Markets
  2. Execute Marketing Policies at Local/Regional Markets decided at Head Office
  3. Market Share analysis/Data analysis for Marketing activities executed at the market
  4. Co-Ordination with Sales Team for feedback for marketing activities held at the Market
  5. Servicing existing and new accounts
  6. Planning and Preparation of business plan for Senior management
  7. Handling of Spot Enquiries
  8. Sales Follow Up

Requirements:

  1. Degree or equivalent qualification in Agricultural / Polymer / Chemical Engineering
  2. Preferably with 3 years of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  3. Knowledge and skills in sales or business development
  4. Sales-oriented, self-motivated and proactive with good time management
  5. Able to work Independently
  6. Able to travel regional
  7. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and clients)

ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides secretarial and administrative support to the team/director to ensure smooth operations
  2. Coordinate business meetings, functions and events
  3. Maintaining efficient filing system
  4. Procurement and maintenance of office supplies
  5. Handle travel arrangements: Liaise with travel agent on flight/accommodation/transfer booking, visa application and travel itinerary.
  6. Daily identify of customer/Supplier invoices, debit note, credit note etc.
  7. Credit control,eg reconciliation of vendor’s statements/aging/bank, L/C checking
  8. Prepare payment within prescribed credit terms for supplier invoices.
  9. Perform daily reconciliation of vendor’s statements/aging/bank.
  10. Prepare forecast cash flow report and actual/budget report.
  11. Validate and process local/overseas expense claims
  12. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Accountancy or related discipline with at least 2 – 3 years related working experience
  2. Knowledge and experience on import and export documents / letter of credit is compulsory
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
  5. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  6. Positive personality with a can-do attitude
  7. Fast learner and willing to grow with the company
  8. Possess positive attitude and being customer oriented
  9. Competent in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  10. A self-motivated team player who is able to interact with people at all levels

OPERATION EXECUTIVE – SALES / MARKETING / BUSINESS DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide sales and operation support for Sales/Marketing Business section
  2. Handle order processing from purchasing to processing of customers’ order & timely delivery of Quotation/Order confirmation/ Purchase order/ Sales Contract)
  3. Processing of import & export shipping documents (invoice, bill of ladings, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, insurance and etc.)
  4. Issuance of Letter of credit (LC) / Negotiation via bank
  5. Handle customer sales enquiries
  6. Coordinate with principal, vendors, forwarders and customers
  7. Compile various report and costing computation for sales team
  8. Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or related discipline with at least 2 – 3 years related working experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
